About Us

As Senior Vice President for Digital Solutions at Expeditors, Jose Ubeda oversees all functions of its wholly owned subsidiary, Cargo Signal. Jose joined Expeditors in 1984 at the age of 17 and by 1991 he was the company’s Seattle Branch Air and Ocean Export Manager. After stints in district and regional managerial roles, and rising further to regional vice president duties, Jose joined the executive leadership team in 2010 as Senior Vice President of Global Air. Jose is a member of the Cargo Network Services advisory board. He is also active in the development of career opportunities for youth through the company’s Opportunity Knocks program and as a board member for the Puget Sound chapter of Year Up and on the national board of directors of Cristo Rey.

As Global Director of Tradeflow, Anthony is accountable for the overall product development, compliance, customer experience, and financial success of our global trade compliance software.    

Anthony joined Expeditors with the Los Angeles district in 2000 as a Brokerage Customer Service Representative and held various brokerage leadership roles until 2014 when he relocated to Seattle as the Brokerage Manager.  Over his 23-year career, Anthony has a proven track record of being a selfless leader and playing an instrumental role in the Seattle district.  In early 2023, Anthony joined our corporate product leadership team and assumed the role of Global Director of Tradeflow.

Anthony is a licensed US Customs Broker, certified IATA-FIATA cargo agent, and has successfully completed the Sales Foundation, Path Forward Leadership, and Management Development courses.

As a Customer Development Manager, Shadwa is in charge of selling Tradeflow to prospective customers. Once the business is won, she guides onboarding new accounts and training them for the go-live.

Born and raised in Egypt, Shadwa started her career in 1997 at Air France, at the Cairo International Airport. As a fresh graduate, she started as an Export Agent and through the course of seven years, she got promoted to Export Manager, and to Operations Manager. She then started her family, moved to Canada and to the US, and started her career at the Expeditors Corporate office in 2008. She worked as an Import Support Specialist, then Lead. In 2011, she joined the Tradeflow Business team and has been working with customers and developing new businesses since.  She is IATA FIATA certified.

In her role as Customer Service Manager, Nasiroh oversees the customer success team who provide direct assistance to customers, manages system administration, integrations and automated processes, and departmental accounting.   Nasiroh began her career at Expeditors as an intern from Seattle University, beginning with the Expeditors Customs Product Group in 2004; subsequently handling administrative and analyst duties in Tradewin Consulting and the Global Customs Product team, before she joined Tradeflow in 2008.
